    In the specification Unit 4 Topic 5 number 17 it says:

    "Describe how to investigate the effects of temperature on the
    development of organisms (e.g. seedling growth rate, brine shrimp hatch rates)."

    That question about germination has probably got something to do with the effect of temperature on seedling growth rate.

    When writing the null hypothesis how do u know whether to write "no significant difference" or "no significant correlation" between the variables?

    June 10- Beetroot
    Jan 11- Antibiotics
    June 11- Temp effect on brine shrimps/seedlings
    Jan 12- Respirometer
    June 12- Ecology
    Jan 13- Vitamin C
    June 13- Spirometer
    Jan 14- PCR
    June 14- Habituation
    Jan 15- Respirometer.
    Jun 15- Antibiotics
    Jan 16- Mitoses
    Jun 16-Temp effect on brine shrimps/seedlings
    Jan 17- Beetroot

    those haven't come up yet are; Daphnia, Enzyme conc. , Totipotency, Strength of plant fibres, Mineral defiencies, Bacterial growth and DNA Gel Electrophoresis,

    I usually look at the part that comes after.. If a T/U test is formed then difference .if a speamans test is formed then correlation
