Hi

I am resitting my business law and practice exam this summer for the final time! I am really worried! If I don't pass I will have to consider another career as can't afford to do LPC stage one again! Does anyone know where I can access work shop points to note or workshop notes I studied at college of law if that helps.

Kind regards

You don't need to spend money on workshops. This should suffice:

- Work through all your SGSs to revise. Do every activity, every question, every consolidation session. Write brief notes. Watch the lectures too;
- Tab everything you need in the Butterworths by topic or SGS (I used Green for equity/shares; orange for Shareholders/Special Resolutions; pink for filings; yellow for directors; purple for insolvency and blue for something else which I forget). Know your way around it.

Do the formative assessments and watch any revision lectures.

It's an easy module if you revise appropriately. Nearly all the answers are in your Butterworths.
