Change of circumstances help

Hello. I will be filling in my change of circumstances form tomorrow because I am leaving my current uni at the end of the year and changing/starting over at one based in London. I have my place confirmed but want to make sure I do the form correct. For instance, when it asks;

Section 6: Leaving/Suspending course

My plan is to finish this year. So what do i enter here? Nothing? I haven't left yet.

Are you filling in a form like https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/attachment.php?attachmentid=567544&d=1470322805 ?

If so then for a change of university (and course) means completing sections 3, 4 and 5 - don't touch section 6.

Hey, I asked them today and after receiving A LOT of conflicting information, they simply cancelled my prior one so I can set it up now.
