how do i clean up mattress puddles????????? please help

I have biological fluids in a massive puddle on my mattress and I have no idea how to clean it up? The mattress is really thick and has layers and when I tried water it just spread?

Do you not wear bed sheets on your bed? Just change the sheets and next time lay a towel beneath you if you are gonna squirt lmao.

I have bed sheets but it went through it. I have changed the bed sheets but it's dried onto the mattress I just feel like it's really unhygienic to leave it.
