Dating ideas?

What are some conservative dating ideas for two newly met uni students who have shown some interest for each other although not openly as yet.

Where are you in the country? And are you look at something on the cheap?

I would say avoid films unless its something arty or with a good story you can talk about after. (Dont go see Die Hard 5: Death to the world)

Best bet? Invite her round and cook her a meal. Works every time.

I have no idea how you male... Just an assumption, and more or less the fact you post was short. Girls tend to go on a bit.
(also if you stole your name from metal slug its a big hint)
Honestly a home cooked meal is a great second date.

First dates are hard, but a good film (a play or concert is better imo) can be an idea, just make it a bit earlier in the night so you can talk about it and other things once its finished.

As for women asking a guy out, my last 3 girlfriends asked me out, so it does happen, they just usually leave the details up to us.

Do woman ask guys out on first dates though? I guess once it gets started things become easier.

How about walking her back to her house as a means of getting to know her better instead of formal dates? Because as you say first dates are hard.
