    Help me.

If there is any good info and help that work sI will give rep...thats how much I want rid of it

starve yourself for 24 hours - the bug should pass through your digestive system, leaving you fully restored

have just water and no food for 24 hours, then start with dry toast.

If you've been vomiting then drink flat coke.

If you havn't been vomiting and feel like eating then you are not really ill.

if you continue to eat, you will merely feed the 'bug', and prolong the experience.
    (i may be wrong though)

Somehow I don't think you are going to be able to give out an awful lot of rep judging by your post count. However I will help you anyway - drink lots of water - it should flush your system clean.

how can you eat anything when you feel sick??

isnt it quite serious if the vomitting last more than 24 hours?

apparently peppermint (things like mint cake or peppermint tea), brandy and ready salted crisps can settle your stomach

dunno how true this is, can't see alcohol + illness going together myself

but mint and ready salted crisps have worked for me in the past.

and of course, lots of water .

    hope you feel better,

I'd have thought starving yourself would just lower your resistance/stop your body from fighting it and make it last even longer. Then again, that's just a guess.
