No. Can you imagine how many call outs they would get if that were the case? Plus you'd be paying a lot of money to get rid of a silly spider.
No, I think pest control would only come out if you had an infestation or the bug has toxic venom.
For every day spiders and flies, get a cat. They will take care of them for you plus being a great, cute and furry companion

I'm sure they would come so long as you offered to pay the full cost for the callout
Just get a bigger spider to eat the smaller ones.
