Bedroom available in a 3 bed flatshare in Hyde Park! (2017/18)
Due to personal reasons I will be dropping out of uni and I'm looking for someone to take my place in the flat I was going to rent with my friends.
It's a lovely 3 bed flat in a great location - it's right next to Woodhouse Moor, 5 mins away from shops, pubs and bars and 10 mins away from campus. The flat is nice and modern with a spacious kitchen connected to the living room. The bedrooms are all doubles, very well lit (the flat is on the top floor and each room has extra windows in the ceiling so there's loads of light), the furniture is modern (and matching!).
The two other flatmates are girls and they're both really nice and friendly and will be in their second year.
It's £90pw excluding bills. Message me if you're interested or if you want to see photos.
