Don't worry about time, just choose 1-2 things to do each day for revision. Make sure they're specific and won't take longer than 3 hours.
e.g. May 4th - Make a pocket revision booklet for Unit 9 of Chemistry (atmosphere)
May 5th - Read pages 28 to 38 of CGP AQA Biology 9-1 Revision Guide

As for methods:
1a) Make mind maps and stick them in your room
1b) Highlight key points on the mind maps
1c) Turn the key points into post-it notes
1d) Stick the post-it notes around the house

2a) Print out the specification
2b) Put the required knowledge/understanding into a mini revision booklet (A6)
2c) Carry the booklet around with you so you can revise on the go.

3a) (languages) Watch a movie in a different language with that languages subtitles (e.g. Spanish dialogue & Spanish subtitles) that you know the plot of.

4a) Download a course in your language on Memrise (free app/website), you can get specific ones for your specification.
4b) Use Memrise everyday for 5-10 minutes

Hope I helped!
