Adaptions for Gas exchange QuestionWatch
- Diffusing molecules change direction every time they collide and if the diffusion pathway is too long the molecules change direction too often for gas exchange to happen efficiently enough for survival.
-Larger organisms have a lower surface area to volume ratio so diffusion across their surfaces is not efficient enough for gas exchange.
if they're not the same statement then I don't really get what the second point is saying?
