I know this may seem like a stupid question, but when I downloaded the practice paper program off their website, when i didnt finish the first section, it came up with a message saying that I had not finished. I clicked ok (only option) and it closed the program with no other information. Is the real exam like that?
No, you don't, although I'm not actually doing the UKCAT, so I'm probably not the best person to give advice, but my friend didn't finish like two sections and she didn't fail, I think she got..585, which I know is below average but still fairly decent.
No you dont but I would strongly advise you to finish every section -in some thios usually means having to guess randomly. You do nto get marked down for getting answers wronmg so you might as well just randomly put an answer to every question. At least then you may get a few more right. The one I did this most for (Data Analysis) I got my best mark for and Im sure I actually only worked out properly abotu 15 of them. Just to let you know for that I got 680 (and the others I got 620, 650 and another 680)
No you wont fail, it's really unlikely that you will be able to finish the maths section, I don't know anyone who has. You're marked on how many questions you answer and the percentage of those you get correct I think. If you've left a few questions out or put them for review, then (if you have time left over at the end) a screen will come up asking if you want to go over all the questions or just the ones you put to review, so you can do them, but once the time is done then it a new screen saying you're going onto the next section will come up. Good luck with it.

That woudl be stupid because that would mean that if you answered say only 8 quetsions but got all of them right then that would be better than doing them all and getting some qrong. That goes against what Iv been told.
