How to improve from a grade 4 to grade 7 maths NEW SPEC 9-1

Hi there, i am really stressing as i had a recent mock exam and got a grade 4 due to a week notice for the test therefore i didn't revise all topics required. I forgot to mention i am a year ten student therefore have a year to jump three grades is this possible??? If you could include some revision tips it will be very much appreciated!!
The subject is maths!!!!

You can't be expected to show your true potential with only a week's notice and not all topics revised so it will be no problem to improve your grade

Kid you are only in year 10 don't stress, you wouldn't have covered all the topics yet. I am in year 11 and a good 75% of the year got a 5 o below in their mock, I would just chill.

You honestly have nothing to stress about. Just keep working hard and with more practice and more topics being covered, you can defo move up to a 7 by year 11. I know people in my class who've improved that much since last year (I'm in year 11 atm)
