Dont quite know what to do

A few weeks ago, I had a bikini wax and it wasnt by the usual girl who I normally have. The girl i had has waxed me before and left me with quite a few ingrowing hairs but i just thought it was me getting use to. I was waxed again by her a few weeks ago and iv got the bad ingrowing hairs again. Iv exfoliated and its not too bad but still pretty itchy and annoying.

Anyway last weekend, things between myself and a close friend got ''heated'' and we ended up having a little bit of sex which latest less than a minute or 2 - because I felt bad for doing so but also he didnt last the long (if you get my drift)

So a week has passed from that incident and last night I began to have like aches/pain in my nether region. I dont know if its because of the pill im on and because my body is going through the ''cycle'' phase - preparing for another period or whether the waxing has caused some sort of irritation down below to cause the itching but, i dont quite know what to do - whether I should go to my Dr, GUM or ring fomr some advice. I didnt have unprotected sex, however he did rub his penis on my clitorus.

What should I do?? thoughts and opinions appreciated
