how do we find the mass of steam if moles are given 0.25
Moles = Mass / Mr, would be the equation.

So the Mr of steam would be 18.02 (as it is H2O), then you just rearrange Moles = Mass / Mr to be: Mass = Moles * Mr

So the answer should be:

Mass = 0.25 * 18.02 = 4.505g
