Found my dad's porn...

Okay, a few days ago I found some dodgy emails containing pictures in my dad's email account (it signed him in automatically). I did find it disgusting but ignored it thinking it may just be a one-off or spam or something. then, out of curiosity I proceeded to a folder entitled "X-Rays" on his email (I've recently suffered from a fracture lol and thought these could have been mine, but oh no. He's a doctor too btw) and opened it. There were about 10ish messages of the same style, obviously I was a bit shocked and didn't open any more of them...
Then today I was typing in facebook.com, and our computer saves previously visited sites so it came up with a porn site in the history. Out of curiosity once again I went through every letter of the alphabet and discovered about 5 other porn sites that had been typed in.

Now, coming from a pretty religious family (I'm Indian and brought up as a Hindu) this really really shocked me. I know my parents aren;t going through the best patch at the mo so I feel really bad for my mother. I know it's pretty normal for guys to look at porn, but when it's your dad, it's just so disturbing.
Any advice? Anyone who's experienced similar?
Thank you

You've hit the jackpot! Now you can look at porn, and your dad can't find your stash - because it's his stash!

Right, peoples parents are people shockingly enough.

They get horny, shag, beat the bishop, use vibrators and own porn. they are by no means saints. Get over it and pretend it never happened like the rest of us. :s-smilie:
Ask him if he can recommend any good sites? He might even chip in to the cost...
Advice? Pretend you don't know. Doubtless he'll do the same when he finds traces of your porn.
I've seen such threads before. Just try and forget it, ditto bublebee says.

Lol, I have no porn.
And I'm a girl.
I'm sorry but this sort of thing just isn't normal in our culture, I don't mean to sound picky or overreactive or anything. It's just a fact.

He's only human, everyone has needs and need to satisfy them. Just ignore it like everyone else who finds anything disturbing in their house.

Although it may not be normal in your culture, people have sexual desires, regardless of their religion.
Don't try too hard to forget it, make sure to remember it for when he catches you doing something you aren't supposed to. But, meh i bet its nearly as common as in white men to look at porn, probably just a little more underground. Its no big issue really.

If you feel adventurous, try and have as many conversations with him about x rays as possible.

Ok cool.
I'm kinda getting used to the idea now lol, I just somehow thought I might be the only one but I guess it's no biggie. Thanks everyone.

Yes it is. It's just not normal to talk about it.

Your mother probably won't be suprised he's looking at porn. Don't worry about it, it's normal.
