Helen Graham House Viridian/Bloomsbury Hall

I am looking for a hall near UCL for next year and thinking of staying at Helen Graham House. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is like? It looks nice in the pictures but I have heard some negatives things - especially about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms and their strict overnight guest policy? Please could you tell me about the following:
- cleanliness
- quality of rooms
- quality of bathrooms
- quality of kitchens
- is it sociable? do they hold events/use the common room a lot?
- strictness of overnight guest policy - do they actually enforce it and how?
- any other problems you had
- whether you would recommend it overall

I am also looking at Bloomsbury Hall so if anyone has any information on that, especially with regard to the areas above, please let me know! And if there are any other halls I should check out please tell me :smile: Thanks :biggrin:
