I've covered the Memory topic , approaches and researcher method in class, my mock test is going to be based on these topics
Is it a good idea to memorise my essays on approaches e.g slt, cog, behaviourist etc and my essay on memory e.g msm, ltm etc for the mock test?

Ah I get you now The good thing about psychology (especially AS) is that the essays are bascially the same thing. They can only really ask a select amount of questions so it's usually something like "Describe and evaluate the working memory model (12)" so it's pretty easy to regurgitate those because it's 6 marks for theory and 6 for evaluation. Three main points in description and 2-3 detailed evaluation is all it needs. So yeah, if you imagine it ,ike that when you're revising, you'll be fine. Even for 6 or 8 markers, they're basically 12 markers but asking for less detail or just description or evaluation.
