When taking a cutting in a plant, which part of the plant is used to clone it? Is it the part of the stem only? Can you use leaves?

I think plant cells can differentiate so any part of the plant tissue can be used.

stem cells from meristems tissue, which are found at the tips of growing roots and shoots
