Aqa biology new spec photosynthesis

Hi guys, quick question.
Did anyone doing the new AQA Bio (7402) spec learn about photosystems for the photosynthesis topic. The CGP book has lots of stuff on it, the Oxford/Kerboodle book has nothing on it and some online videos do cover it.

Cheers in advance.
I was told by my teacher that we didn't need to know about the different photosystems, just that the electron transport chain caused protons to move in before then moving out via ATP synthase. No real detail.

I was taught about Photosystem I and Photosystem II for the new specification
