Can you apply to uni with 2 A Level's, 1 BTEC and an EPQ?

Currently, I am studying 3 A Level's, and 1 BTEC. I am interested in applying to a Russell Group university to study Spanish and History. I'm wanting to drop one of my A Level subjects, French, and instead do an EPQ in Year 13.

That would leave me with 2 A Levels, Spanish and History, and 1 BTEC, Performing Arts. With an EPQ on top of that, would that be enough to get me into a Russell Group university?

I know that the entry requirements for universities are displayed as A Level results e.g. AAB, but can a BTEC translate into an A Level grade?
