It's not necessarily a problem, I know several people who find it quite attractive.

And tbh, there's not really anything you can do to bring them down, anything that worked would probably only be in the very short term.
embrace them =] it's one of those things i find really sexy on guys.

It's really not a problem, hands and arms are (almost!) my favourite part of a man, and I love the wholde vein thing!

I have big bulgy veins sticking out of both my hands and arms, they look a bit revolting to me personally! I know that taking a cold shower tends to dilate them, though doing such is (obviously) uncomfortable! does anyone know of any other 'remedies' as such?

that's a turn on baby
Hold your arms up so that the blood runs out of them, that'll help. Although obviously it's only a very short-term fix, but if you're desperate then it can be quite useful!

In his arms? Riiiiight.

OP, there's nothing you can really do. But medical students everywhere will love you.

I have a similar problem, not because I'm stacked, quite the reverse. It's quite fun to annoy my sister with as if I clench my hand I can flick a vein over the tendons in my finger. Just think of all the medics who will appreciate it.

what the hell lol
Is it weird that if I see really obvious veins in the back of the hands of crook of the elbow that I think it'd be quite satisfying to put a line in them?
Haha, eat lots of food.

Unless they are varicose veins, then they are showing because you don't have much surface fat, so they will show through.

A sign of being fit and healthy.

No, I quite frequently embarass myself by staring at people's veins or even (usually not when entirely sober) poking them and telling them how lovely they are. I think I need to get out more.
I find them attractive on guys
