Guy at my classes...

Hey guys, i really need an idea/advice about something  There is this guy at most of my classes and i kinda like him, the problem is i don't know him (at all) and I dont have any good ideas on how start talking to him or get to know him (and almost always he's with his mates, so i don't know if i'd be kinda awkward just to start talking to him )??
You should consider the fact that i'm really.. not so great at boys department

Hi! I'm <insert name here> it's weird we share so many classes and I don't really know anything about you!

Do you want to go back to my place and get jiggy?

Personally, I'd get into contact with him, maybe asking him for the time whenever he's alone to break the ice and then start a conversation, or pretty much any other excuse. Any comment in general should do it, and once you started talking, you just do as you'd normally do.

Guy: [to girl] Hi, I was wondering if you'd like to come back to my place for some casual sex?
Girl: What??
Guy: I'd like to **** you
Girl: I can't believe you just asked that. You sick ****. You're disgusting, you pig.
Guy: Oh I see, so I'm disgusting by being up front and honest. You'd have prefered it if I had 'played the game'. If I came up, introduced myself, bought you a drink. We'd chat get to know each other maybe meet up for lunch, then again for dinner. Before one night we end up back at yours, drink some wine before I carry you to the bedroom. Then the next day I get up leave and spend the next 2 weeks ignoring your calls. You'd prefer that? Because to me *that* is disgusting. My intentions were clearly stated, I think you're the most fantastically stunning person I've seen. And as much as I'd like to spend time to get to know you, my work doesn't allow me sufficient time to dedicate to a relationship, the ammount of time that you would deserve. And as much as I'd like that not to be true, and as much as I wish the evenings alone with a glass of wine could be shared with you, I know they can't. Maybe one day we'd be ready, we could make it work. But I just cant put you through that. You deserve better. And yet, I'm a liberal kinda guy, and like any guy I enjoy ****ing women. And I would very much like to **** you. Whilst I appreciate you may not be used to such forwardness, when I saw you there looking so fantastic I could have lived with myself not at least trying. I don't expect you to say yes, but I would appreciate it if you thought my offer through - I think we could both have a nice evening.
Girl: Er... well, no. Thank you. No.
Guy: Okay [smiles] Well nice to meet you. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

*guy turns to walk away*

*girl catches his arm*

Girl: Wait! [finishes her drink]
Guy: [Smiles to her and leads her outside]

That type of arrogant attitude gets you no where. It won't work.

Pretend your stuck on a question in class and ask him if he knows the answer.

Or Hi usually works.

Just make sure you don't get stuck in a Mean Girlsesque situation where you are asking help for questions that you can already answer.( anyone who has seen the film will know how badly that tactic ends)

I think asking an academic question is a good idea though and perhaps even something like asking when some homework is due in or whether class is on
may be good ice breakers.
