How do you know?

I know this may sound like a stupid question, but how do you know if you are going out with someone?

I've met this guy recently and we now get on really well. I see him everyday at college. We started spending all our time together. We exchanged numbers last week sometime and now txt and talk on line on a regular basis when we aren't together.

Yesterday, we kissed and basically, we are just going from there....We've kissed a lot more since then lol and we hold hands and stuff. He text me saying how much he likes me. We are basically going out. I mean if you saw us together you wouldn't doubt we were.

It's just would I be wrong to assume he is my Boyfriend without it being actually said, between us two?

Or is this normal?

Why does a title matter? Just enjoy what you have, stop analysing it and allow it to fall into place. If anyone asks just say that you've been seeing him lately, or something along those lines.

I'm not sure I've ever asked anyone to confirm they were my girlfriend to be honest. It usually just comes out in conversation, perhaps when the guy and you are talking to some mates and one asks, "so you two going out then or what?" So you say yes and see what happens I suppose.
