My exam in about 4 weeks and I'm really struggling with the poetry section of paper 2 , we don't get an anthology in the exam and i am finding it extremely hard to compare the poems. Does anyone have any good revision tips on this section?

Are you doing Love and Relationships or Power and Conflict poems?
My English teacher's advice was to separate them into themes (I am doing L&R AQA Poetry Anthology - I've chosen parent&child, memories and separation) and allocate each poem a theme. Then simply learn one or two quotes for each theme.

However, the best way to revise is just by practising.

Do you have an enthology for poetry? I just annotated stuff he said on that. And it depends on how effectively you can work. Although, I'd start doing practice papers as early as possible because English is one of those subjects where it's more about technique than memory.

Ye but that's the thing, you're on the same boat as everyone else

Just memorise key quotes from a few poems and learn the general structure/language techniques and you should be fine
