Only 1 more retake then thats it!!

    (Original post by Ankit D)
I can understand why some people argue that retaking certain modules could be an asset, in order to get a higher 'A' grade at AS - level, as the greater number of UMS marks would lighten the burden of meeting the offers at A2, but I just can't see myself revising for something (a module) again. It's just too repetitive for me, and expecially if I'd already got an 'A' in it, it would feel quite time-consuming to me aswell
in some cases though by the t ime you've done later modules most of the 1st module stuff is second-nature.

E.g. by the time you've done P3 in maths a lot of P2 is much easier

Its justifiable to complain about marks when you were only slightly away from the next grade up, like getting 239/240!!! Sometimes its not even that bad to feel upset about a low A because it could do harm to getting an A in A2, it makes it a little bit harder to get another A at A2 if the A is low, and if you're applying to top unis it may be a bit agrivating. But seriously now , complaining about 290/300 or 87/90 is plain pathetic
