Personal Statement and Line Breaks

I've just finished my PS, but it was 3 lines over the limit. So what I did was group similar paragraphs together (if the end of the last sentence of a particular paragraph was not near the end of the line, but more towards the middle of the line, making it fairly obvious where the paragraph ends and where the next one begins) and combining this technique together with line breaks. Now I have three line breaks separating the introduction, main body, and summary/conclusion/final statement. This is how it looks:

My question is, does this look odd/silly? Should I just group everything together instead?

Cheers.
No, it looks alright to me.. although it's not exactly conventional. But I don't think it looks silly, or anything.

By-the-bye, in your signature it looks like you've applied to six universities.. what's going on there?!

Hmm alright I'll still try to find a way of separating all parts if I can.

I haven't applied yet, sending my ucas form off on either Monday, or Wednesday. And there are 6 because the second one is not within ucas. : )
Ahh, I see.

Oh.. and you could always squish all of your paragraphs together. I mean, if you were writing it by hand, you wouldn't leave line breaks between paragraphs (or at least, you shouldn't): you'd just start a new line. Etiquette differs a bit when it's typed, but lots of us have sent ours away without blank lines in between paragraphs.

Yeah, that could be my other option. However, I just don't want the admissions tutors to go "eww, big bundle of text (throws it in the bin)" and if it has line breaks they’re less likely to get a headache.
I don't think they will do that

They might if it was an official recommendation to leave line breaks, but it isn't. Oh.. and I also applied to (and was accepted by) universities in 2004, and didn't leave any line breaks, teehee. So don't stress if it's your only option: I really don't think they'll care so long as you have discernable paragraphs of some description.
