Favoritism?

So my school is all about its best students. And yup I am not one of them.
Anyways, So there are these 3 Great students of our class who claim all positions every year. Anyways so, as I am an average student I was way too stressed and forgot todo my work and so I was the only one who had the guts to tell her I forgot to do my homework. And yup she screamed at my face yelling,"the only thing you are best at doing is making excuses" and I swear it didn't kill much more than the fact that those 3 so-called great students had not done their work either and neither did my whole class yet I was the one getting screamed on.
I don't know I LOVE studying but I hate my school(I just moved in to this schoo;7 months))
Can anyone please advice me on any help? Can't tell principal she's a :innocent:
