Clinical Sciences made easy!

There are three routes into the Clinical Sciences programme at Bradford.

Route 1 is direct entry into year 1 of the BSc ideal for students who wish to study a medically relevant science degree.
Route 2 is for applicants who do not have science A levels or do not meet the entry requirements to enter year 1 of the BSc course. Successful applicants will enter the Foundation year and progress to the BSc or other health-related courses at Bradford or other UK institutions.

Route 3 aims to widen access into medicine for students from groups currently under-represented in the medical profession. Successful applicants that meet our widening participation criteria will enter the Foundation year, with the opportunity to enter the MBChB at Leeds School of Medicine.

Transferring to Leeds School of Medicine

Both of our The Clinical Science course offers transfer opportunities to the MBChB programme at Leeds School of Medicine at the end of Foundation and Year 1.

Students wishing to transfer must meet our widening participation criteria to be considered. A transfer is not guaranteed and is dependent on strong academic results, a successful interview, and Fitness to Practice checks.
