I just found out too - I'm in Hugh Stewart. Florence Boot is meant to be cool!

No - you don't have to ring them you'll get a letter in the next couple of days.

I'm in Cripps. Not pleased about the fact that they charge £400 more for the first term than for the third term. Isn't our student loan suposed to be roughly equal each time?

nope, you'll get the largest chunk in the last term, very unhelpful.

first term is 12 weeks, next is 11, next is 8 or at least last years was *shrug*

cripps is very nice and stupidly near the law and social science building. and florence boot has its own basketball courts and probably one of the nicest bars, well done to the both of you :smile:

Hey Rah2,

Do you know what Derby's like?

Derby is a really friendly hall, pretty big with a really nice bar. It's not the prettiest but its very central on campus and along with Lincoln and Broadgate organises the best party of the year, the Summer party which is amazing.

Derby is cool :cool:

Cavenish is over 'the other side' of campus but is probably the best out of ancaster/willouby/cav. I'm assuming you chose en suite? Erm my friend was in cav is really enjoyed it but your bar isnt too amazing, sorry :biggrin:
