i need a book where all the formulae needed for A level further math are included. is there such a book published?

Not that I know off. If you do edexcel, then the heineman revision books are good (you have to buy one for each module but think they're only £4 - cheaper if you buy via school) and they include every single chapter covered with a summary, worked examples and revision exercises.

Actually, why not just use the Edexcel formulae booklet? Downloadable from this page (see the two Mathematical Formulae and Statistical Tables near the bottom).

There is a lot of stuff in there though that you won't need, so revision guides will be more specific.
