Advice needed, not sure what to do. OD related.

Last night I was rushed to A&E because I took an overdose of paracetamol. I dont feel I need to explain why. But anyway today I feel so sick, even when I tried to eat or drink, and I have pains in my stomach but its all over my stomach so not sure where it is. At the moment the pain is managble. I was just wondering what it could be? Should I go back to A&E. I also have severla brusises appearing over my body, is that related? Its worrying me.

you should go back. youre concerned and it will put you at ease or deal with it.

Bruises - your blood is thinner because of the pills. I bruise easily as I have thin blood and have to take tablets to prevent it and avoid aspirin/paracetamol etc.
I agree, go to A&E coz you're concerned and the doctors can make sure nothing is seriously wrong.

paracetamol does NOT thin the blood.

However, if the OP took a decent amount of pills she could have caused some acute liver failure. The liver makes the enzymes that cause clotting. The liver also breaks down alot of toxins. If your liver is ****ed you'll feel like crap.
The paracetemol overdoses i've seen have all gone one of 3 ways. 1) they're pretty much absolutely fine 2) they die before they get to hospital. 3) they screw up their liver and die waiting for a liver transplant.

Lets hope for your sake you fal into the number 1 category. Otherwise your one time wish 'to die' might yet come true.
