In just one month Trump has enraged Mr Putin by illegally attacking Syria and now he is upsetting North Korea. Trump is a liability.

Sooner or later someone is gonna call this clowns bluff and fight back with nuclear warheads and that will be the end of mankind.

Just what the hell does Trump have against North Korea? It's a soverign country so why can't he butt out like he should in the Middle East. Mr Un has every right to defend his country and Trump has no right to threaten a soverign country. North Korea is one of the last great socialist countries on earth, with free healthcare, free university tuition and a welfare system, is that why Trump is trying to destroy it? Does he want to turn NK into a capitalist dictatorship like his own country?
NK is a peace loving country but for decades the US has constantly provoked the people of NK with illegal sanctions.
Since Trump was allegedly elected the world has come closets to nuclear war for the first time since the Cuban missile crisis.

For gods sake for man and womenkinds sake impeach this clown before it's too late! Oh and send for the 'men in white coats' to arrest our own Mop haired clown and his mummy May and we might just save the world.

Wait...how is Trump threatening North Korea? I'm all for Trump bashing given how moronic he is, but to make such a claim makes me suspect you don't actually have a grasp of the situation there?

They're years away from developing a working ICBM that can hit mainland America yet Trump has been stationing troops in south korea as well as installing anti missile systems.

In essence, doing what N Korea are doing in supposedly shoring up defences? Those defences are aimed at assisting S Korea, as per the normal agreement the two have had for decades regarding defence against the North. And by stationing troops, I assume you mean the US S Korea forces that are already there? Again, that have been for years?

The movement of military and general presence has clearly been accelerated under Trump.

Obama played the waiting game, making decisive moves, kept close "contact" with NK and maintained a level of diplomacy with China. This kept NK at bay.

Trump on the other hand seems to have angered NK more than ever

Also, he's moved some sort of anti missile equipment which is specifically targeting NKs short range missiles, which is a major threat

US troops have been permanently stationed in SKorea since the end of the Korean war in 1953, and there since war broke out in 1950.

I know people like to blame Trump for a lot of things, but I think we can all agree that something that happened when he was 4 years old wasn't his fault.

That's not my point; It's the increased aggression from the Americans that seems to have caused a build up of even more tensions

    Has it?
Other than a carrier fleet being in attendance - which they are regularly anyway as there's always at least 2 on duty in the Pacific at any one time - there's no build up.

And how are defences threatening? Are you threatened by police wearing stab vests? Are you threatened by air bags in cars?

Angered them more than ever? Really? The relationship between N Korea and the west has fluctuated to the brink countless times before. How is this any worse?

An anti-missile system...aimed at N Korea's missiles should they ever be fired at the South...is a major threat...?

What increased aggression? Can you point to something that they've actually done in relation to NK?

You are either an idiot or just a troll. Every one of your threads is of the sane poor quality. Where is the ISIS air force these days?

Firstly I wouldn't say I'm sticking up for North Korea but we need to look at alternative ways to deal with the situation.

Trump doesn't like North Korea because its one of the last socialist countries on earth. Mr Un is having to reluctantly resort to nuclear defence to avoid the same fate as Saddam Hussein. The US wants to invade NK for regime change, remove its state healthcare system for expensive private healthcare, corporations etc to take over, take apart is education system so only the privilege rich can afford to go uni. Then exploit its people as wage slaves.

There is also the situation that the 1950s Korean War never really finished, perhaps permanent peace can be achieved if some mutual agreement is made on the position of the North South border. Maybe total peace can result from this situation.

Ok I agree Mr Un can be a bit excentric but so is Trump! What we need is for them to sit around the table and negotiate the situation over tea rather than tomohawks. Then maybe a peaceful compromise can be reached that suits everyone.

It's a cold war, a carrier fleet + increasing number of troops is something that North Korea sees as a threat. Theyve already declared on state TV about how they want to obliterate america

Please do some research as to what presidents did what. Only Bush threatened them but that was a completely different context. Obama was more complicated.

They have not attacked, instead a sudden increase in military presence is seen my NK as aggression. Think how they think

Countries should start giving the young people a chance to become presidents and world leaders. They have so much more motivation. I am talking about the really smart ones of course .
