So tomorrow is another month down and time for another catch up thread, day early since I'm out tomorrow

So how has this month been for you? I don't know about you guys but it has flown in for me  March dragged in but April flew in. Did you guys have a good Easter break?

The good and bad highlights of April were for me -

Good -
*Rick and Morty season 3 episode one was released :woo:
*I finally gave notice at the registry office for my wedding and even better, its all paid off now
*I had some brilliant days out
*It was my mum and stepdad's 1st wedding anniversary and my gran and papa's 47th
*My two youngest cats turned 2 years old
*I won £20 on a scratch card
*I got a fish supper and cider as an Easter pressie :teehee:
*I started to watch Dr Who for the first time

Not so good -
*My papa took a lot of ill turns this month but thankfully he's better now
*I've just not been feeling like myself lately, probably just stress
*No more episodes of Rick and Morty have been released
*I banged my head off the wall by accident while sleeping and had a lovely huge bruise on my forehead for days

Lets not forget that soon...

Good - Prison Break came back and so did Pretty Little Liars.
Bad - I procrastinate too much, over stressed over things that many people would be relaxed about, nothing seems to go right this year..

I still have hope though!

A certain TSR user gave me hope!

April has been for the most part AMAZING for me :woo: I've done a looooot of things this month if I'm honest!

Good things:
  • Spent the first few days of the month with my favourite person in the world
  • The Easter holidays took up most of the month so I only had to go to school for 2 weeks of it
  • Bought clothes for our holiday this summer :excited: I actually bought shorts though, literally haven't worn them in years so I'm a bit nervous for that
  • Went to York for the day which was sooooo pretty :daydreaming: and I got a few photos there which I was really happy about!
  • Went to Durham for 3 days as part of this programme that I'm doing - loveloveloved it omg
  • I have had maaaaaaaaany hot chocolates
  • Had a Mandarin taster session?? This was weird lol but interesting! (I don't remember any of it now though :getmecoat:)
  • I've started cooking for myself a bit more, have made a few tasty things :proud:
  • Easter happened :bunny: and I got a Lindt bunny
  • Came 2nd in the TSR Easter Egg Hunt :king2:
  • Went to Knaresborough for the day with my grandma and sister and I looooooved it!! (got a few photos here too )
  • Finally passed this compulsory test I had to do, which I failed the first time last month :king1:
  • Have managed to get back into the habit of going to the gym regularly :dumbells:
  • Become closer with a few people :grouphugs:
  • Yesterday I won the TSR "cupping competition" :yay: so I'll be getting a prize for that

Not-so-good things:
  • Had a few "bad days" this month regarding my mood :erm:
  • Stress has hit me and is affecting me pretty badly :banghead:
  • Sleep has been a bit hit and miss tbh
  • Trip to Cambridge got cancelled last minute :grumble:
  • Have let myself get a bit too affected by passive comments people make tbh

A mostly positive and busy month

It's been a good month, had a good few days off with the bank holidays done a bit of baking and works been pretty stress free. Had a slight panic with booking our honeymoon but that's now solved and all put one set of train tickets sorted.

April has been a strange month for me.

Good:

- I went home for the first time since Christmas. It was great to see my daddy.
- I went to London and finally met the awesome people I have became good friends with in the past 2 years. :yep:
- I lost 3kg in weight! :woo:
- I have spent most of April on my Easter holidays, so no uni.
- I have been offered a place on the civil service summer diversity internship.
- I got the Samsung Galaxy S7.
- I have not heard voices in over a month, which is a bonus.
- I WENT TO THE HARRY POTTER STORE AT KINGS CROSS AND I NOW HAVE A HEDWIG. HE'S CUTE, HE'S ADORABLE, HE'S MINE.
- I think I am on the path to get a decent 1:1 for 3rd year.

Bad:

- I have to revise and I'm not doing enough. Properly buckling down tomorrow.
- I got the coil on Friday, and sweet Mary Mother of God, I am in pain. :cry2:
- I screwed up a years long friendship meaning that I am avoiding going home again until Christmas. Now I only have one person that I speak to outside of my family in that city. :awesome:
- Euston station closing and messing up trains while I was in London :innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent:ed me up sleep wise for ages.
- My mental health has been up and down, thanks to the end of that friendship. I feel rather lost.

It was rather meh.

Highlight was certainly yesterday - went for a run (ok, we walked most of it - bloody tourists!) around London with some friends. That was fun.

Not good for me. First day of the uni holidays went down with the Norovirus. Three assignments and had to get extensions. Cost me £75 from my GP for medical evidence.
Then the pressure got to me and my PTSD and depression kicked in. Now frantically trying to get three assignments done and revise for exams in May.
