University of Liverpool, accept lower grades?

Th University of Liverpool has a really good course and seems like a great uni as well as it being in a great area but the grades i need are BBB. It's unrealistic for me to expect that but i know that i could possibly get BBC, i already have a B and a C at A2 as i'm currently doing my 3rd year.
Would they accept me????
I want to know if it'd be a waste of an application or not.

As you're resitting and obtaining A-Levels over 3 years, they may not be so lenient on you. Of course, it depends on the course, how competitive it is etc. and your circumstances i.e. why you have to repeat. Its worth emailing the admissions department of the course you want to apply for and asking them.

I'm not re-sitting. I'm just doing more A-Levels cos i only did 2 last year and i thought i wanted to do sports which i only started last year. So basically at the end of this year i could have BBCC at A-level, couldn't this be an advantage at all to not getting 3 B's?
