I typically aim for 6-8 points, as in not 6-8 fully developed points as paragraphs. But 6-8 points consisting of some statements and some fully developed points with explanation and evidence such as a Bible quote. It can also be useful to define the keyword in the questions, such as if it is about social injustice, define social injustice.

That is exactly what I do for Part D. I get 6/6.
Do you have any tips for Part E?
I am worried about Part E tomorrow as the highest I have got is 9/12. This always stops me to getting 24/24. I get full marks in Part a+b+c+d.

What did people write for, 'religious beliefs should not influence personal relationships' ?
Yeah, I think that was the hardest part e in the whole paper. My school does long course for all pupils - so we did: Human Relationships - HinduismMedical Ethics - ChristianityPeace and Justice - IslamEquality - ChristianityFor that part e, I wrote that Hindus would believe that religion does influence personal relationships because the religion gives the guidance. I also said that Hindus follow specific stages in life (ashramas) and personal relationships come in the adult stage of life.I said that some modern Hindus don't let religion affect their personal relationships because the traditional teachings are old. Some would argue that religious beliefs shouldn't affect personal relationships because people should make their own choices etc.Overall, the most difficult part e in the two papers I did today.Philosophy = 1 month today !!! :s
How did everyone else find it?
I didn't like Ethics 1.

Nah, this is Rikhil.... Not Riki! We met on parents evening, remember? Long hair guy lol
It was alright to be honest. Ethics 1 was a bit harder than I expected and I narrowly finished on time. However, Ethics 2 was a whole different story; I absolutely aced it, pretty much demolished it in all fairness. I reckon I got:
Ethics 1, 45+/51 and
Ethics 2, 47/51 or 48/51.

Should place me on around 197 out of 200 UMS. Excellent.

Brilliant. Mentioned Antifa and Marxism within the same sentence.

I KNOW WHO YOU ARE RIKHIL! I just thought you were Riki as he has a similar snap-chat username, and so i thought that you were him.

Idk how it went, I think it was okay. Aiming for a B, will be shook if I a C or below.
did anyone else find the wording on the e question for religion and the media from christian perspective really tricky? should media influence christians??

I sorta blanked it during the exam, the timing really put me under stress so I wasn't able to give as a precise argument that I would have normally been able to given for the 12 markers :frown: At least I was able to remember quotes for all of the topics!!
I chose for Ethics 1: Medical ethics & wealth and poverty (I originally was going to do Relationships but I took one look at the twelve marker and my brain went 'nope'.)
And for Ethics 2: Peace & Justice and Equality (didn't even look at the media question lol.)

I thought the E question for medical ethics was quite nice. I can't really remember much about the other questions but I found one of the two markers kinda weird? Like the one about forgiveness I think? Idk what a Jew would do after being forgived. I wrote reconciliate and something else that's probably wrong, but ya know.
I definitely didn't get the A* I was hoping for, but that's okay. I came out of the exam saying I did terribly- but I also have horrible self confidence & I usually do better than I say I did so there's that.
Sorry for rambling. I have a lot of feelings and no where to share them. How did everyone else do?

Good. Don't want to get too complacent though :s

Was this for that question on violence in B604? I mentioned proletarian armed struggle 😂 (in the context of liberation theology). The examiner might wonder if we got some weird socialist revision guide!
Is a priest and a minister 2 different things
