Graduation gown size
Hi, I'm finding it difficult to choose the correct size for the graduation hat.
Anyone has a suggestion to what sizes these could be?
Head circumference: 53 cm, 54 cm..... 69 cm
Also, would Chest size up to 132cm would include all sizes? (S, M, L)
