The best real sitcom which exist in my opinion is married...with children. Ed O'Neill has played his best role as Al Bundy in this.

Graham Linehan is truly the King of Sitcoms because of Father Ted, IT Crowd, and Black Books.

Apart from that, classics like Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, Keeping up Appearances are good

Never been a fan of AWP or Only Fools myself but I love the rest.

These are the ones that initially came to mind.

I am astonished that someone mentions a sitcom dated from the 60s! but it is true, it is a good one to watch occassionally. Barbara Eden was the perfect actress for being a Jeannie.
