Pharmacy curriculum- What it is about?

Our curriculum was designed by pharmacy educational experts, with input from employers, patients and our graduates. It develops the knowledge and competencies required to practise as a pharmacist.

You will learn by a combination of Team-Based Learning, case studies, practical sessions and personal tutorials. You will develop your skills with real patients, learning from practising healthcare professionals in a variety of settings, including the University, community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and GP practices.

Additionally at Bradford we have world-leading teaching and learning facilities, allowing us to teach pharmacy as an integrated clinical subject.

The new Anatomy and Pathology Resource Centre is home to digital autopsy equipment unique in UK higher education. Our Clinical Skills Suite contains a full-scale hospital ward bay, community pharmacy and dispensary. Our Simulation Suite houses advanced technologies including a life-sized human patient simulator, and a state-of-the-art 3D virtual dissection and anatomy table.

Why not have a look at the facilities on our Virtual Experience here?
