Collingwood, Van Mildert or St Aidans'?

I know most people will just say their own college in answer to this, but it's worth a try...
I went to look at the uni recently but only got the chance to look at Collingwood in terms of hill universities. I've been reading around and am now stuck between colleges lol. I'm most likely going to stick with Collingwood, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything other with these other two colleges? I looked at the site and both are quite indulged in charity work and the arts which is what interests me most (not a sports person at all) so I was just wondering if anyone had anything worth mentioning about those colleges to help me decide? Thanks

Collingwood is amazing! You are making the right choice (Ok so I am biased!) Seriously I think Collingwood has better accomodation than Mildert and is closer than Aiden's to everything. If you want to do artsy/ charity stuff there is lots going on uni wide but Mildert is probably a bit more musical than Collingwood. On the whole they are all good colleges and quite similar in a lot of ways and i think you will be happy wherever but you will (of course) be happiest in the wood!

I didn't go to any of those colleges (I went to Trevelyan) but if I were to choose one of those I'd choose Mildert.

Why? You say you want Charity stuff - Mildert raises more money (per student) than both Collingwood and Aidans for charity each year. Mildert is a much more fun college than both the other ones. And it's got a nicer bar than the other ones.

I rarely went to Mildert, but I always say that if I hadn't gone to Trevs, I would've gone to Mildert

If I had to be on the Hill (and thank god I don't), it would have to be Mildert.

Aidan's is good. Has good food, and lots of musically stuff (so I've been informed - it hasn't started yet). Also has a pantomime

We won 'best charitable association' or something last year, beating others such as the NSPCC, Oxfam, etc.

Don't choose any of them - go to Trevs

Well Aidan's is very friendly and has on the whole very good accomodation. The food's also great.

The flip side is the stairs to Aidan's. They keep you healthy but are a bit of a pain.

Wow, same ones I'm considering, plus Grey but my interests are sport especially football. Is there one that stands out for that?

Anyone got any ideas?
Every college has its own teams for football and other sports. If you're really into it you can go for the university one. As far as I know no college really has a reputation for being the sporty one.
Mildert, obviously
Mildert.

It looks like Mildert it is then  well I'll come and have a look on 'open day' but I think it's the front runner now

yeah, go for Hatfield!!!

(okay, perhaps I just feel guilty for not winning the 1 Hatfield vote in a student module rep today.)
