international student trying to pick the best accommodation

good morning everyone
Hope you are having a nice day.
I am an international student moving to edinburgh in september to follow a master in the university of edinburgh.
i found a few studios that seem interesting and suitable for me, and i am not sure which one would fit me the best, and be the most convenient for me.

any reviews, past experiences, advice on any of the cited accommodations would be more than helpful !

Only a hopeful student but i know that salisbury court is only being built 2017-2018 is the first year it will be open, so you wont get many reviews for it.
