The question, as I understand it, asks 'which molecule' and not 'which bond'. Therefore we need to consider not just electronegativity differences between the atoms, but the shape of the molecule as well. Molecules that are symmetrical have a zero dipole moment because the individual vectors cancel out. Draw shapes of all the molecules according to VSEPR theory and you should find that CLF3 is polar. The other molecules are non-polar.
