Hi,
I'm doing AS Government and Politics this year, and I'm revising Pressure Groups. I feel like many of my case study examples aren't recent enough. Does anyone have a list of examples that are good to use in a variety of situations, such as Greenpeace, BLM, etc. They need to be a large variety to use in all situations/questions, and I'm willing to research them, I just need names of suitable examples.
Thanks!

The Snowdrop Campaign was a pressure group campaign that aimed to ban the private ownership of handguns in the UK. It was formed after the Dunblane Massacre in 1996. It has achieved its goal- Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997 under Tony Blair.

Save the Newchurch Guinea Pigs is an example of an outsider pressure group who used direct action and civil disobedience to raise their case. In 2004, they took the remains from Christopher Hall's mother-in-law's grave to campaign against the breeding of guinea pigs for testing. They received prison sentences for such actions.
