Does LSE care about what International Baccalaureate students got before doing IB? My situation is that i got **** MYP grades for 9th and 10th grade but my IB grades in 11th grade were top-notch. So do they care or not as MYP grades in 9th and 10th grade are not really certified? Can any former IBers at LSE give some advice?

I do know that LSE places alot of emphasis on I/GCSEs, so im guess pre-IB qualifications do matter.

They'll get to see what is on your UCAS form, but I'd personally be surprised if they wouldn't be more influenced by your excellent IB predictions (plus references PS etc) assuming they are from a reliable and trusted source. If an IB rep visits your area you should certainly bring this up.
Your overall transcript matters so I am assuming that they will look at it.
They want students who are consistent learners...I think
But you predicted grades are amazing so I am pretty sure you will be fine!
