A very hard question for me. I think the B vitamins ave each independantly interesting due to their intricate metabolic niches, but then there are also some very vital, yet almost unheard of and grossly unappreciated strutures that have very fun functions (eg. The long chain menaquinones)
So, fellow nutrition nerds, what is your favourite vitamin, and why?
Vitamin D because I have enough mental health issues without dealing with the effects of Vitamin D deficiency.
Why don't you just take multivitamins which has everything?
Vitamin D, the greatest thing about it is that it can be obtained from the Sunlight and Dank Memes
I take it for depression.
Vitamin K. Very interesting (and sometimes dramatic) results from deficiency...
