UCL vs King's College London? Which is better?

Which university should I choose to study at? I have less than 24 hours to make my choice on UCAS but I just can't decide. I originally wanted to go to King's as it allows a year abroad and studying in the United States was my goal (for post grad too) but after receiving a place at UCL (no year abroad) which is much higher ranked I can't decide. I've also heard that the social aspects at King's are a lot better than at UCL?
Any advice is really appreciated!
