Need opinions

Firstly, please keep this anon as my sister and mates comes on this site and she could probably read this otherwise :frown:

Well this another girl story but with a twist :p:

Basically there is this girl that is really really amazing, amazing in looks, amazing in personality etc. Anyway, she knows that I like her somehow, which I thought was great as she hasn't really acted different around me so I thought this was my chance to ask her. However I just found out that she is most likely going to reject me, and she is expecting me to talk to her so she can let me down gently, I think.

Now I have a decision to make, should I ask her out anyway (and tell her I already know her decision but I'm trying anyway) and take this rejection like a man, or try and convince her to come out on a date with me and then decide (may sound quite weird :redface:

) or just brush this off and pretend like nothing happened...?

That was long but any help would be appreciated :biggrin:

Ummm I got confused
How did you find out she was going to reject you?
Was it was a reliable source?
If so, spare the pain perhaps

Found out from a friend close to me and her.

I'm not sure if I would be able to get over her if I didn't take that risk. I think I need closure to this... I'm really just asking if I should ask and if she says no, should I just let it go and say whatever, or if she says noo, should I try and convince her otherwise with my words?

No, if it's a "no" just leave it and stay mates, she may change her mind but not with pressure or begging!

No. Don't. Girls don't like having to reject guys, it make them feel uncomfortable.
If she doesn't like you in that way, she's not going to change her mind if you ask her.
It sounds a good thing that she hasn't changed the way she acts towards you, it means that you can just continue normally with her. You never know, she might decide she likes you once she gets to know you better.
But seriously, don't try and push things with her, girls find nothing more irritating than when guys know that we don't like them, and then they act like the more they show it, the more we're going to like them.
It doesn't work that way.
