I am currently seeking participants for a study that I am conducting that is investigating how perfectionism is related to self-compassion. Perfectionism is a personality trait that is characterised by high personal standards, a high level of self-critical evaluation and concern over mistakes, whilst self-compassion is defined as being moved by your own suffering and acknowledging that you are worthy of care and understanding when experiencing difficult life circumstances.

If you're interested in taking part, just click on this link: http://ow.ly/Z5JE309f3qI.

You’ll be asked to complete some multiple choice questionnaires and it should only take you about 15-20 minutes. Anyone can participate; the only criterion is that you must be over 18.

This study has received ethical approval from Nottingham Trent University and will be conducted in accordance with the British Psychological Society's Code of Ethics and Conduct (2009). Your participation will be greatly appreciated, and if you would like to share it with any other interested parties that would be fantastic.

    Hi,

I've just completed your study. Very interesting and best of luck it.

If you have the time to take part in my research it would be much appreciated. I am conducting a study on the impact of aesthetics on health website impressions.
