Help, What UCAS Choice For Law Should I Pick??

Hi. I'm currently at the end of my 2nd year of my Legal Services HND at college.
I've applied to Strathclyde university for Year 1 and Year 2 for Law LLB. Thank God, I got conditional offers for both.
Now I'm nervous.
Should I choose first year or second year? Would I miss to much to fit into uni in second year? If that's the case, why would I be given the chance of advanced entry?
Please help, only got until 8th of June to reply to them.
Thank you!

What is it you want to do with your degree? does it need to be a qualifying law degree and will it be so if you enter into year 1 or year 2?

What extra benefit is there in year 1 i.e extra modules studied. You must have an idea as you applied for these courses?

Just do a pros and cons and pick the one that suits your needs.
