Each of the parts (a) to (f) below concerns a different pair of isomers. Deduce one possible structural formula for each of the species A to D.

(a) A and B have the molecular formula C3H8O. A has a broad absorbtion band at 3300cm-1 in its infrared spectrum, but B does not.

(b) C and D have the molecular formula C5H10. C has a weak absorbtion band at 1650cm-1 in its infrared spectrum, but D does not

(c) E and F have
the molecular formula C3H6O and both have strong absorbtion bands at about 1700cm-1 in their infrared spectra. E reacts with Tollens reagent, but F does not.
