    Umm, let me see if I understood you.. You want to know how to remove the toxins left behind from smoking... quit. After about 24 hrs your body begins to expell the toxins and repair any damage, this goes for "passive" smokers aswell.

    Really, after a smoke the last thing I wanna do is exercise, I can't breathe.
