When passage smoker breath in the smoke, is there a way of them getting rid of tar out of their body? Is exercising the solution?

Umm, let me see if I understood you.. You want to know how to remove the toxins left behind from smoking... quit. After about 24 hrs your body begins to expell the toxins and repair any damage, this goes for "passive" smokers aswell. -
